Granola

Granola

Ingredients:

  • 300g rolled oats
  • 1tsp vanilla extract
  • 4tbsp sesame seeds
  • 100g pepitas
  • 100g almonds
  • 50g sunflower seeds
  • 100g dried cranberries
  • 70g dried blueberries
  • 100ml golden syrup
  • 80ml olive oil

Method:

  • Preheat the oven to 150° C
  • Add all the ingredients together except the dried blueberries and cranberries in a mixing bowl
  • Place mixture in baking trays and place in oven for 15 minutes
  • Add dried blueberries and cranberries to mixture and place trays in oven for a further 10-15 minutes or until the mixture is golden brown

To serve: add toppings as desired e.g. fresh fruit and Greek yoghurt

Makes 12-15 serves
